1. The CrewGo service
CrewGo helps airline crew and other eligible customers assess layover timing, request local experiences, coordinate pickup and return, complete payment review, and access related customer support.
CrewGo may coordinate services delivered by independent drivers, vendors, experience providers, hotels, or other third parties.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into the transaction and provide accurate information. You are responsible for protecting access to your email, WhatsApp account, Magic Links, and authenticated CrewGo session.
3. Booking requests are not automatic confirmation
Submitting a form creates a booking request. A request may still require operational review, vendor or driver availability, timing review, payment instructions, payment-proof verification, and final confirmation.
CrewGo may decline or place a request on hold when timing, rest, safety, availability, payment, identity, or operational requirements are not satisfied.
4. Timing recommendations
Ready times, experience duration, traffic buffers, return times, and remaining-rest estimates are planning tools rather than guarantees. Actual conditions can change because of flight operations, immigration or airport delays, hotel movement, traffic, weather, venue conditions, customer readiness, or third-party performance.
You remain responsible for your fitness, airline duties, reporting time, visa or entry requirements, and decision to participate.
5. Customer responsibilities
- provide accurate booking, timing, hotel, and contact details;
- inform CrewGo promptly about operational or roster changes;
- follow safety instructions and applicable local rules;
- treat drivers, vendors, staff, and other guests respectfully;
- avoid submitting false, altered, unlawful, or unrelated payment or refund evidence;
- review the booking summary, price, payment instructions, and cancellation information before proceeding.
6. Prices and payment
Prices may depend on guest count, selected experience, timing, inclusions, and operational requirements. CrewGo will communicate the applicable amount before payment confirmation.
During manual-payment operations, payment instructions may be sent through an approved CrewGo channel. A payment is treated as confirmed only after the proof and transaction are reviewed and the booking status is updated.
7. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on booking status, timing, payment status, evidence, third-party commitments, and the reason for the request. Submitting a refund request does not mean it has been approved.
Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the review process and expected processing timeline.
8. Vendors and third-party services
CrewGo selects and coordinates operational partners with reasonable care, but third parties remain responsible for the services they perform. CrewGo may replace, reschedule, or cancel a provider where reasonably necessary for safety or operations.
9. CrewGo Passport, points, and rewards
Points and rewards are promotional loyalty benefits, not money, deposits, or freely transferable assets. Availability, eligibility, approval, inventory, fulfillment, cancellation, and expiry may depend on the reward-specific terms displayed at redemption.
CrewGo may correct clear errors, reverse points connected to a refunded or invalid transaction, or pause a redemption during fraud, eligibility, inventory, or operational review.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse CrewGo, interfere with its systems, access another person's account, submit malicious files, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.
11. Service availability
CrewGo may suspend, limit, or change features for maintenance, security, legal, vendor, geographic, or operational reasons. CrewGo does not promise uninterrupted availability.
12. Liability and customer rights
To the extent permitted by law, CrewGo is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate customer information, missed airline duty, events outside reasonable control, or services outside CrewGo's reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.
13. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Customers should first contact CrewGo so the parties can try to resolve a concern directly. This does not remove any dispute-resolution or consumer right available under applicable law.
15. Changes to these terms
CrewGo may update these terms when the service, operating model, or legal requirements change. Material changes will apply from the updated effective date published on this page.
