CrewGo is the public operating name used for the CrewGo layover experience service in Indonesia. CrewGo currently provides customer support through the WhatsApp contact shown on this page.

Depending on how you use CrewGo, we may collect:

• identity and contact data, such as your name, email address, and WhatsApp number;
• booking data, such as hotel, landing time, layover duration, guest count, selected experience, pickup timing, and booking reference;
• payment and refund records, such as payment proof, payment status, refund reason, refund evidence, refund decision, and transfer proof;
• account and loyalty data, such as your CrewGo Passport number, stamps, points, membership tier, rewards, and redemption history;
• vendor and operational data needed to coordinate drivers, local providers, pickup, return, support, and safety-related workflow;
• technical and security data, such as authentication events, session data, request logs, device or browser information, and abuse prevention signals.

We may use personal data to:

• assess layover timing and experience suitability;
• create, review, coordinate, confirm, or cancel bookings;
• send payment instructions and verify payment proof;
• coordinate vendors, drivers, pickup, return, and support;
• review refund requests and supporting evidence;
• operate CrewGo Passport, loyalty, rewards, and redemptions;
• authenticate users and protect accounts and systems;
• maintain financial, audit, dispute, and operational records;
• comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

CrewGo processes data when it is needed to take steps requested by you, provide and administer the service, fulfill contractual or legal obligations, protect users and systems, handle disputes, or pursue legitimate operational interests permitted by applicable law. Consent will be requested where consent is the appropriate basis, including for specific optional uses or evidence submissions where required.

CrewGo may share only the data reasonably needed with drivers, local experience providers, hotels or pickup contacts, payment or refund service providers, cloud hosting and storage providers, authentication and email providers, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required.

Operational partners should receive only the information needed for their assigned role. They are not permitted to use CrewGo customer data for unrelated purposes.

Some technology or service providers may process data outside Indonesia. Where applicable, CrewGo will use reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards and will handle transfers in accordance with applicable Indonesian requirements.

CrewGo keeps data only for as long as reasonably needed for booking operations, customer support, loyalty records, financial reconciliation, security, legal obligations, disputes, and audit trails. Retention periods may differ by record type.

Evidence and proof files are intended to be stored in access-controlled systems. Deletion requests may be limited where records must be kept for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes.

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about your data, correction of inaccurate data, access, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or another available data-subject right. CrewGo may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

CrewGo may use necessary cookies or similar storage for authentication, session continuity, security, and core website functionality. These are not intended as advertising trackers.

CrewGo uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also protect their email, WhatsApp, and sign-in links.

CrewGo is intended for adults. Do not submit personal data for a child unless you have lawful authority and have first contacted CrewGo.

CrewGo may update this policy as the service, operating structure, or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be updated when a material revision is published.
